The Classic One Bedroom Apartment I stayed in was a delightful retreat, featuring a cozy log fire and spacious feel. The stunning views of the Cairngorms made each moment a picturesque delight that I truly cherished.
More accessible facilities for seniors would be beneficial.

The spacious Classic Family Chalet offered a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to whip up meals. The large living area was comfortable enough for a family retreat, with a decent-sized TV for downtime entertainment.
Navigating the hotel's layout was tricky. my apartment was a three-minute drive from the reception, making a quick walk to the main area feel inconvenient. The bathroom had a windowless design that felt cramped, and the heating was hit or miss—it took a while to figure out how to get it warm, which wasn't ideal. Some appliances showed signs of wear, such as the oven controls being difficult to read.

The kids loved the playground and the pool area was nice. Staff seemed overwhelmed at check-in, which slowed things down.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by stunning views of the Cairngorms. Our Classic Two Bedroom Chalet was spacious, perfect for our family's needs. The living area was cozy, and the kitchen had everything required for our meals. The heated pool was a highlight for the kids. they enjoyed it immensely. the pool temperature was inconsistent, and the Jacuzzi being out of order was disappointing. Some areas, like the gym changing rooms, lacked proper cleanliness. We faced issues with hot water, especially in the kitchen, where we had to boil water for dishes. Staff interactions were often hit or miss. some were friendly while others seemed indifferent. Ignoring the high electricity fees for heating, which caught us off guard, I think some updates to the accommodation will be beneficial. The grounds were well-kept and added to the overall ambiance. With a little attention to detail, this could be a truly excellent destination.
